Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital files are final and non-refundable. Once your purchase is complete and the file is delivered or made available to you, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any issues with your digital file—such as trouble downloading or opening the file—please contact us at heartofgoldcreative@outlook.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Physical Products

If your purchase includes physical items (e.g., printed goods), please refer to the following: • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
